At Judy’s Homes For The Elderly, Inc, we provide assistance with activities of daily living. We develop individualized care plans for all levels of care from independent to hospice care.
Our services include:
- Assistance with bathing and dressing
- Toileting and continence care
- Transferring and assistance in mobility, including Hoyer lift
- Medication management, centralized storage and distribution
- Transportation to medical and dental appointments
- Daily activities
- Meals and snacks. Dietary restrictions are accommodated
- Daily laundry and cleaning
- Weekly linen changes (More often if needed)
- 24 hour care and supervision. (Awake night care may incur additional cost)
- Coordination with health care providers, and families
- Move in coordination
